Three major tournaments will form the core of GLORY’s 2026 schedule.

GLORY will introduce a revised tournament format beginning with GLORY 107 on April 25 at the RTM Stage in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Unlike the more convoluted format used in the previous Last Heavyweight Standing tournament, the updated format simplifies the pathway by relying on straightforward qualifier bouts that lead directly into an eight-man, one-night Grand Prix.

In 2026, the organisation will apply this format across three divisions: heavyweight, light heavyweight, and welterweight. Each weight class will feature qualifier events that feed into its respective Grand Prix final.

Each tournament will include six qualifier winners, one wildcard entrant, and the reigning divisional champion, who will receive an automatic spot. The GLORY world title will be contested in every grand prix final. If a champion does not enter the tournament, the title will be vacated and awarded to the tournament winner under updated rules.

GLORY 107 will begin the light heavyweight tournament with six qualifier bouts. The eight-man Grand Prix final is scheduled for June in the Netherlands.

GLORY CEO Marshall Zelaznik said fans responded positively to the format introduced in 2025 and that the organisation plans to expand tournaments across multiple divisions in 2026.

While the featherweights continue their cross-promotional collaboration with Japan’s RISE, one glaring omission remains: the middleweight division. Zelaznik has yet to clarify why the 185-pound class—currently ruled by the dominant and pound-for-pound standout Donovan Wisse—has been excluded from the roadmap. With the Women’s Bantamweight division already on an official hiatus, the lack of a tournament for Wisse has left fans questioning the promotion’s long-term plans for one of its most technically gifted champions.

Presale registration for GLORY 107 is now open, with participants to be announced in the coming weeks. In the Netherlands, GLORY 107 on April 25 and GLORY 105: Last Heavyweight Standing Finals on February 7 will air live on KIJK. Additional broadcast information is available via GLORYKickboxing.com.
