The Dutch-Morrocan kickboxer has another case at his hands.

Kickboxer Jamal Ben Saddik, 33, has been arrested in connection with an investigation into kidnapping and assault related to a drug smuggling conflict at the Port of Antwerp.

Saddik is alleged to have ordered the kidnapping and assault of a dock worker at the Port of Antwerp who allegedly accepted an advance payment for the extraction of cocaine from the port, but failed to follow through.

The arrest comes days after the Antwerp correctional court recently sentenced Saddik to 40 months in prison and fined him 40,000 euros for money laundering and fraud. His brother Saïd was also tried in the case. He immediately appealed the court's decisions, with his new hearing yet to be announced.

While Saddik is not being charged for drug trafficking, he is currently being prosecuted in an investigation of the criminal organization, Assyrian Clan Y, allegedly involved in large-scale drug trafficking and money laundering operations.
