Liam Harrison is getting into the fight business as a promoter.

In the newest Kickin' It Podcast episode Liam Harrison, who was joined by Vinny Shoreman, Andy Howson & Ricky Sewell revealed that he wíll be starting his own fight promotion.

The former WBC Muay Thai World Champion has always been vocal about supporting the local scene, be it with his own gym pumping out top-level fighters, or with his podcast shining a light on the UK Muay Thai scene. A logical step for the 37-year-old, whose illustrious fighting career is slowly coming to an end.

Harrison's show joins a wealth of other big promotions in the UK such as SuperShowDown, MTGP & YOKKAO.

The 'Hitman Fight League' will have its inaugural event on June 3, in Manchester. The show will be in cooperation with YOKKAO. Not only will fighters competing in the league have a chance to fight all over Europe as part of the UK fight team, but also have the opportunity to fight at the YOKKAO Jitmuangnon Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Fighters competing in Thailand will receive free training at the YOKKAO gym, alongside legends such as Saenchai, Chalawan, Petchmongkon & Yodchai.

The show will be hosted by Vinny Shoreman and Gavin Sterratt. Shoreman has been heavily involved with YOKKAO & Enfusion as a commentator before and has worked as a mind coach for countless fighters, including Liam Harrison.

So far four fights have been confirmed, with more details about the full fight card to be announced shortly.
