Yuki Yoza and Kana return to action at ONE 173, as the top Japanese talents welcome Superlek and Stamp Fairtex to the Ariake Arena.

Yuki Yoza will be looking to make it a hat-trick of wins under the ONE banner, after ending the unbeaten record of Elbrus Osmanov and defeating number three ranked Petchtanong in his last outing.

The former K-1 Lightweight champion made no secret of his desire to fight the best in ONE, stating in his post fight interview after defeating Petchtanong; “I can fight Superlek, but I just beat number three in the rankings so I have a right to challenge Haggerty as well, but whoever ONE Championship gives I will fight.”

Fighting Superlek is no simple task; he has been undefeated in ONE FC since 2021 and active across Kickboxing and Muay Thai prior to his January loss to Nabil Anane. Needless to say, 'the kicking machine' will be looking for a statement win when he travels to Japan later this year.

Returning to action after a two year layoff due to injury, Thai striking sensation Stamp Fairtex has drawn former title challenger KANA as her opponent in her return to the big stage.

A former three sport champion under the ONE FC banner, she was forced to vacate her title due to a knee injury which saw Denice Zamboanga step in to claim the gold earlier this year.

Kana has proven herself to be a worthy adversary inside the ring. Holding a record of 23-6, and a former K-1 champion, the Japanese starlet will be looking for a happy homecoming in front of a packed house in Tokyo.

A win for either of these athletes will likely stand them in good stead to fight for the ONE Women's Atomweight World Championship currently held by Phetjeeja.
