The Surinamese-Dutch fighter returned in strong form after losing the belt on the scales last time out.

Regian Eersel recaptured the vacant ONE Lightweight Kickboxing World Championship in the main event, defeating Rungrawee by unanimous decision to become a two-sport ONE World Champion once again.

Eersel controlled the fight from the opening round, using his reach and combination work to keep Rungrawee at distance while mixing in his trademark jumping knees. The Thai contender struggled to establish sustained pressure as Eersel steadily built his advantage on the scorecards.

The pivotal moment came in the third round, when Eersel dropped Rungrawee with a sharp combination. Although the Sitsongpeenong representative showed toughness to recover, he was unable to shift the momentum across the remaining rounds.

Rungrawee attempted to rally late but was deducted a point in the fifth round for landing an illegal elbow, further widening the gap. Eersel closed strongly to secure a clear unanimous decision and add the lightweight kickboxing title to his Muay Thai crown.
