ONE Championship has announced a unification bout for the Strawweight Kickboxing Championship. Prajanchai, the current Strawweight Kickboxing and Muay Thai champion and 7th in Beyond Kickboxing's -58kg rankings, will rematch Canadian Jonathan Di Bella, the interim Strawweight Kickboxing champion and 9th in the same ranking.
Prajanchai's last match in Kickboxing was against Di Bella in June 2024. Since that fight he has fought once, defending his Muay Thai belt earlier this year in February. Di Bella has been a bit more active, fighting and winning against Rui Botelho and former kickboxing champion and Muay Thai great Sam-A.
The two fighters fought 5 rounds in a close match before, where Di Bella showcased his signature speed and Prajanchai his variety of strikes and stances. "He's the champ now ... I have to go after him," Di Bella told the Bangkok Post.
Fans have much to look forward to from the talented fighters in their clash October 3rd on ONE Fight Night 36 in Bangkok, Thailand.
