With the card nearing completion, GLORY has announced that a number of their most notable recent signings will go through a baptism by fire at GLORY 95 on September 21.
Perhaps the most interesting bout will see 2024 K-1 Grand Prix in Sarajevo winner Miloš Cvjetićanin face the once-defeated Jimmy Livinus.
GLORY beat K-1 to the punch and signed one of Serbia's most promising prospects before the Japanese promotion had the chance to do so and although he'll miss out on the K-1 Openweight Grand Prix, he'll nonetheless have a tough task in front of him in the form of a 195 cm tall power puncher, who rose to prominence last November with a stoppage triumph over the then-undefeated Lukas Achterberg.
IFMA World Amateur Muay Thai and WAKO European Amateur Kickboxing medalist Vito Košar will debut with GLORY in only his third professional fight against Ulrich Tiebe, who’ll have the edge in experience, with 11 fights and 10 victories to his name. Four-time national and two-time WAKO World Amateur kickboxing medalist Antonio Krajinović will face a fellow countryman in his professional debut, as he is set to take on journeyman and GLORY veteran Teo Mikelić.
Arian Sadiković will have the chance to prove he’s one of the best welterweights in the world by putting himself at the front of the pecking order in his return to GLORY against Vedat Hoduk, who’s yet to record a win with the promotion. An emphatic performance is all the more necessary as champion Chico Kwasi has no shortage of possible opponents at the moment.
The event will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between Levi Rigters and Antonio Plazibat. For more information on viewing options and tickets, please visit our schedule page.
