The Italian Canadian fighter aims to defend his kickboxing world title for the second time.

The upcoming Lumpinee Stadium mega event, scheduled for April 5, just got more exciting with the addition of a superfight between Jonathan Di Bella and Prajanchai. Di Bella will make the second title defense of his ONE Kickboxing World Championship against the Thai, the ONE Muay Thai title holder in the same division.

Di Bella last competed in October, where he retained his kickboxing title via a unanimous decision against Danial Williams. His journey to the title began with a remarkable victory over top Chinese prospect, Zhang Peimian in October 2022, capturing the inaugural championship with an upset victory.

Prajanchai is stepping back into the ring after reclaiming his Muay Thai title and settling scores with Joseph Lasiri, Di Bella's fellow countryman, last December. His successful foray into kickboxing began with a decisive victory over Akram Hamidi in September, showcasing his versatility across disciplines.

This super fight marks the second world title bout announced for the quarterly tentpole event at Lumpinee Stadium, joining the third showdown between Superbon and Marat Grigorian for the interim world title. Also on the card, former ONE world champion, Nong O will look to bounce back from two consecutive knockout defeats against Kulabdam, who is riding a three-fight knockout streak.
